How do I add my engraving/personalization?

You can add your engraving directly on each product page in the “Engraving” section. Engravings can be up to 15 characters, including letters, numbers, dates, and our custom symbols given in the product page — perfect for names, initials, or special moments.

Which countries you ship to?

What material are the bracelets made from?

Amora Vale bracelets are crafted from high-quality Stainless Steel — known for its durability, water resistance, and long-lasting shine. It’s designed to be both elegant and resilient, making it ideal for everyday wear and meaningful gifts.

Will the bracelets come with a gift box?

Our product "Engraved Couple’s Bracelets" always includes a premium gift box. For other products, you can easily add the gift box to your order at checkout for additional cost.

Do you offer different sizes, and how do I find the right fit?

Yes, we offer two bracelet sizes to ensure the perfect fit:

  • Small Bracelet: 18 cm long, 5 mm wide, with a 5 cm removable extension
  • Large Bracelet: 20 cm long, 7 mm wide, with a 5 cm removable extension

Both sizes are designed for comfort and everyday wear. To find your ideal fit, we recommend measuring your wrist and adding a little extra for ease.

Can I return or exchange a personalized bracelet?

Because personalized jewelry is made uniquely for you, it’s non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The only exception is if your bracelet arrives damaged or with the wrong engraving. If that happens, just contact our support team within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Will my bracelet stay beautiful long-term?

Yes. Our bracelets are made from durable Stainless Steel, a material known for being water-resistant, tarnish-resistant, and long-lasting.

How long it takes to process my order?

We process all orders within 5 business days, so your jewelry begins its journey to you as quickly as possible. Personalized items go as soon as possible into production once your engraving is confirmed.

How long your shipping takes?

Our standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

When do I get my order?

Your order is estimated to arrive 10-15 business days after placing it, provided everything goes smoothly on the carrier’s end. This is an estimate, and we’ll always do everything we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 39.99 €. For smaller orders, a standard shipping fee of 6.99 € applies.
